Warranty
In2Feet offers a LIFETIME WARRANTY on insoles found to be defective and will be replaced free of charge. Customer must supply In2Feet with a copy of the Lifetime Warranty card and purchase receipt, received at day of purchase. Customer must pay for return shipping of the defective insoles and include $4.95 for processing and shipping of the new replacement pair.

Refunds
In2Feet does not offer refunds on used insoles for health reasons.

Warranty / Refunds
Because Lynco Orthotics, Copper Socks, 24hr Foot Pain Relief System, Bunion Night Splint, Gel Heel Cups, and Gel Heel Cradles are “personal-wear” products (like a bathing suits, or underwear) we do not accept returns for a cash refund. We will however, gladly exchange them for a different size if you ordered the wrong size.

When returning Lynco Orthotics, Copper Socks, 24hr Foot Pain Relief System, Bunion Night Splint, Gel Heel Cups, and Gel Heel Cradles include the original dated sales receipt and $7.95 S/H.
